To send the registration reports of guests in houses or rooms, the tenants must do it through the home portal or send a message, this change takes effect on June 4, 2018.
1- To access the portal home must do so by the following address: https://casero.rem.cu. This way has the advantage that it facilitates the report of guests from their residence, at any time of the day, always within 24 hours of starting the accommodation, so it does not require their presence in the offices. It also allows you to view the guests with active accommodation and all those who have registered, from the date range you determine. Also you will be able to establish from your home any doubt when consulting the manual of help to the landlord contained in each module.
2- To report the guest via SMS you send: Guest Registration and receive: Name, citizenship and confirmation code. Then send: Confirmation code and receive: Registration code.
You must do it through the number 7344, in the following way:

To use the service you must call 18808 to associate your mobile number with your user.
The registration process is not carried out until it is confirmed.
In the case of companions, the guest whose passport is sent in the SMS must already be registered for that landlord.
The acronym HC must head all SMS and they are not case sensitive.
Registrations are made one by one.
The registration request expires after 6 hours of being sent, after that time it is not possible to confirm.
If the SMS does not comply with the defined format, it is ignored, so the landlord does not receive a reply SMS.
