It receives about 190 diners a day with a capacity for 32 people and 12 in the cafeteria, has 23 workers. The restaurant has nine tables. In the cafeteria there are three capacities of four seats each.
The space is known as the Pork House in Pinar del Río, because most of the dishes offered are based on this meat, smoked, roasted and homemade desserts trying to recover the latter, including rice pudding, boniatillo, malarrabia.
All the offers are in national currency and belong to the Provincial Enterprise of Lodging and Gastronomy.
