Transfer of the student from one school to another in the same municipality:

The parents or legal representatives who request the transfer of the student must appear at the Municipal Directorate of Education of the municipality of residence, make the request for transfer and once approved, receive a ballot, which must be presented at the center where the child studies and with the documents that are given by the direction of the center, appear at the new school to formalize the enrollment.

Transfer of the student from one municipality to another in the same province:

The family must go to the Municipal Directorate of Education where they want to transfer the student and with the acceptance document given, go to the center where the student is enrolled to proceed to cancel and then go to the new school to formalize the enrollment.  

Transfer of the student from one province to another:

The family must go to the Provincial Education Direction  where they want to transfer the student and with the document of acceptance that they give him, go to the center of studies so that the direction proceeds to cancel.
